Shipping
Shipping to the United States is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase.
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Once dispatched, the package takes 6 to 10 business days in transit. The total time from placing your order to receiving it is therefore 7 to 12 business days.
Tracking
You will receive tracking information by email within 24 hours of dispatch. The first tracking updates usually appear within 24 to 48 hours after the package is handed to the carrier.
Import Charges (Delivered Duty Unpaid)
Your order ships from Hungary. The price you see on our website and pay at checkout does not include US customs duties, import taxes or any broker fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and may be collected by the carrier or US Customs and Border Protection at the time of delivery or clearance.
Since August 2025, all imports into the United States are subject to customs duties regardless of their value. The duty-free de minimis exemption (formerly USD 800) no longer applies.
We do not collect US sales tax. Galerie Sac a Dos is a Hungarian company with no US tax presence. Any applicable state or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
We are not able to predict the exact amount of these charges. For an estimate, please check with US Customs and Border Protection or your carrier before placing your order.
Your Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of ordering. If a package is returned to us or forwarded to a different address because of an incorrect address, the cost of reshipping is at your expense.
Uncollected Packages
If a package is returned to us because it was not collected within the carrier’s holding period, the order remains due. We will offer to reship it, at your expense.
Damage on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@galeriesacados.com with your order number, a description of the damage and photographs. We will send a free replacement or replacement parts at no charge to you.
Exceptional Delays
If your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days of your order being confirmed, you may contact us to request a full refund.
