Delivery Policy: Free UK Delivery, Times and Tracking

Delivery

Delivery to the United Kingdom is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase.

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once dispatched, the parcel takes 6 to 10 working days in transit. The total time from placing your order to receiving it is therefore 7 to 12 working days.

Tracking

You will receive tracking information by email within 24 hours of dispatch. The first tracking updates usually appear within 24 to 48 hours after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Import Charges (Delivered Duty Unpaid)

Your order ships from Hungary. The price you see on our website and pay at checkout does not include UK import VAT, customs duties or any carrier handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and may be collected by the carrier at the time of delivery or by the customs authority.

For consignments with a goods value above GBP 135, import VAT (currently 20%) is collected at the UK border by the carrier. The carrier may also charge a handling fee for processing the customs clearance (typically GBP 8 to 15, depending on the carrier).

Under the UK-EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement, goods of EU origin may qualify for zero customs duty. However, the carrier still processes the customs clearance and may charge the handling fee regardless.

We are not able to predict the exact amount of these charges. For an estimate, please check with HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) or your carrier before placing your order.

Your Address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete at the time of ordering. If a parcel is returned to us or forwarded to a different address because of an incorrect address, the cost of reshipping is at your expense.

Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected within the carrier’s holding period, the order remains due. We will offer to reship it, at your expense.

Damage on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@galeriesacados.com with your order number, a description of the damage and photographs. We will send a free replacement or replacement parts at no charge to you.
