Right to Cancel: 14 Days and the Cancellation Form

Your Statutory Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period runs from the day after the day on which you, or a third party you have nominated (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear, unambiguous statement. You may use the model cancellation form below, but you are not required to. You can notify us by any of the following means:

Refusing a parcel at delivery, or leaving it uncollected, does not count as a cancellation notice.

After You Cancel

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you must send the goods back to us within 14 days. The direct cost of returning the goods is paid by you. We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service.

We will refund all payments you have made, including the cost of standard delivery (if you chose a delivery option more expensive than our cheapest standard option, we will refund only the cost of that cheapest option). The refund will be made within 14 days of the day we receive the returned goods, or the day you supply evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of posting, whichever comes first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Condition of the Goods

You may handle the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, in the same way as you would be allowed to in a shop. If you handle the goods beyond what is necessary (for example, wearing the item outdoors, removing tags, causing stains or scratches), we may deduct from your refund an amount to reflect the loss in value.

Relationship with the 30-Day Commercial Return

This 14-day statutory cancellation right is included within our 30-day commercial returns policy. It is not added on top of it. Within the first 14 days of delivery, you may choose to exercise either your statutory right to cancel or our commercial return policy. From day 15 to day 30, our commercial return policy applies.

Exceptions

The right to cancel does not apply to:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been removed after delivery
